Other Bug Fix Remove duplicate entries in Task Manager dropdowns On the Dispatcher there is a tool to quickly record and track tasks which we have fixed how the Task status (Done) was displaying the options. Other Bug Fix Resize login screen slightly to prevent clipping of custom logos When the POS loads the clients logo is displayed on the login form now without clipping the image. Order Entry Bug Fix Manual Address Entry Form doesn’t close when pressing “Cancel” There was an issue in countries not using a PAF file for addresses had an issue cancelling the manual address form – this has been resloved. Printing Bug Fix Table Number is no longer output to the ticket.xml Adding the Wanted Time to the Kitchen Ticket caused this problem and has now been resolved. Printing Bug Fix Serbian fiscal X & Z report not outputting report Following an upgrade to Serbian Fiscal printing we have now resolved the issue of the X Report & Z Report not being outputted. Printing Bug Fix Serbian fiscal printer output fails if any previous Order Stage has been Skipped Resolved the missing fiscal ticket if the order stages are bypassed. Printing Bug Fix Azerbaijani Fiscal Printing not working in new version Stores in Azerbaijan need their current Fiscal printer working prior to Upgrading which has now been resolved. Settings Bug Fix Swipe card users were not being assigned the correct user access Swipe Card users are now assigned the correct security levels Labour Management Bug Fix Build and View Rota screens did not show the full week’s entries When a mid-week date was picked from the date selection button the Build and View Rota screens did not show the full week’s entries which has been resolved Dispatch Bug Fix Order Placed time incorrect for Future Orders on the Dispatcher Dispatcher screen was showing the wrong Order Placed Time which has been resolved Printing Bug Fix Future Order prints twice and omitted expected data On 2 ticket types the Future Time tag was printing twice and the expected time wasn’t being displayed. This has been resolved. Printing Bug Fix Order Expected date outputs as 01/01/1970 In certain style sheets the future date was printing incorrectly and this has been resolved Printing Bug Fix Order Placed Time is incorrect on print outputs When printed, the order placed time displayed equals the OrderWantedTime minus EDT. This only works for ASAP orders, as Future orders can be placed hours prior to the EDT so this has been changed to use a new Originally Placed time. Dispatch Bug Fix The Subtotal value on dispatcher includes the Adjustments value. The dispatcher used to show the Total excludes any Adjustments values which has been corrected. Make Screen Bug Fix History and Future views of Make Screen (KDS) was showing Shop orders as Collection orders Order occasions are now displayed correctly Reporting Bug Fix SAL-01 and HRS-07 reported weren’t producing the correct results SAL-01 and HRS-07 reports were changed to a new format which weren’t displaying the information correctly. These have been corrected. Labour Management Bug Fix SMS Rota button is missing from Build Rota UI The option to send Employees the weekly schedule by Text was missing and has been replaced. SMS Credits required and details can be obtained from the Helpdesk.
5.10.16 Reporting Bug Fix Display locality specific currency symbol on reports None UK clients were seeing £ symbols on some reports instead of local currency which has been resolved. Make Screen Bug Fix Shop orders on the Make Screen (KDS) were wrongly displayed in History view History view of the Make Screen (KDS) wasn’t displaying the occasions correctly which has been resolved. AndroWeb 1.0 Bug Fix Orders from AndroWeb cannot be cancelled AndroWeb orders can now be cancelled Settings Bug Fix “Till Functions” is disabled when “Complex Tills” is enabled Complex Till allows cashiers to be set with own float per cash drawer and therefore the Till Function option should have been disabled which has now been resolved. Most stores use a shared floated so this wouldn’t apply. Labour Management Bug Fix Scheduling a staff member on holiday increases scheduled Hours Holidays were being included in hours worked which has been resolved Printing Bug Fix Reprinting an EATIN order results in different formatting on output Reprinted tickets now use the same format as the original. Make Screen Bug Fix Order does not clear make stage after being made Orders containing a Deal were not progressed from the MAKE stage after the order is made which has been resolved Other Bug Fix Public Sub CopyRamBoot() fails to complete Rare issue of the clients not loading has been resolved Make Screen Bug Fix Cold Modifiers are displayed when “Show Cold Items” is disabled on the KDS An order placed with a hot item with cold toppings now only displays the hot toppings on the kitchen display. Make Screen Bug Fix Make Screen (KDS) auto-refreshes to top even when setting is not enabled The Make Screen (KDS) can be set to auto-refresh back to the top if preferred, but was doing this regardless of the setting and has been resolved. Order Entry Bug Fix Customer Phone number not displaying in POS on certain devices Comet CallerID device wasn’t populating phone number into Order Entry which has now been resolved. Printing Bug Fix Ticket “0” does not print under certain circumstance Depending on your printer setup and how they are configured, if set to print on MAKE; when the first order of the day (Ticket 0) is captured, the Ticket.xml was not generated once the order is MADE which has been resolved. Other Bug Fix SMS Support for Republic of Ireland SMS Marketing texts can now be sent in the Republic of Ireland. Order Entry Bug Fix “Repeat Order” allows Occasion specific Deals to be ordered for the Incorrect Occasion type A user is now prevented from repeating a Delivery Specific Deal as a Collection Order.
5.0.24 Order Entry Bug Fix When blacklisting an address, rameses blacklists all addresses for that customer When a customer has multiple delivery addresses stored against their account, Blacklisting only 1 address treats all addresses as though they are blacklisted which may not be the case. Dispatch Bug Fix Order Specific Notes weren’t being displayed after adding additional orders Order notes for additional orders ready for dispatching weren’t showing as you click on each order which has now been resolved.
5.0.14 Settings Bug Fix Removing numeric characters in CID Some telephone service providers have been found to include special characters and these will be stripped to ensure clean data is maintained.

5.0.25 Order Entry Bug Fix Restored the Repair Database function on startup of RamServe There was a database repair which ran on Startup. This was removed during testing and was never restored. It has been restored now as it was impacting on End of Night. Menu Bug Fix Simple Menu Editor view Crashes when the UI is minimized Issue with new menu editor UI resolved Menu Bug Fix Additional validation on upload of menu to prevent Run-Time Error 13 Following Add New Product in new EditMenu, RTE 13 appears when trying to Upload menu to FTP which has been resolved before release.
5.0.23 Settings Bug Fix Reversed the change which supresses save when device attribues are not complete Internal use only Order Entry Bug Fix MSVBVM60.DLL Error (c0000005) when Discounting in order taking The issue was intermittent and has been reported to occur when repeatedly discounting an order in order taking which has been squashed Reporting Bug Fix Proper handling of Cancel button being pressed in report printing for report ORD-02 We have fixed the bug to ensure when you select ‘Cancel’ the system does not crashed Order Entry Bug Fix Pound sign (£) on deal’s name crashes Rameses Including symbols such as pound signs in deal names would crash the POS when used in a deal wizard group which has now been resolved.
5.0.20 Dispatch Bug Fix The “Collect” button is active when the float value to collect has not been specified. This allows a user to perform “Collect Nothing”, with a Security Authorisation. The “Driver Logout” option is no longer selectable unless a “Float Value” has been inputted. The Update button is not active prior to keying a value into the “Enter Amount” field.
5.0.20 Labour Management Bug Fix EMP-08 timesheet report has been restricted to completed shifts. All shifts worked for longer than 15mins are recorded correctly. If a Team Member has a shift recorded for less than 15 mins it is expected that this is an error and this shift will not appear. Order Entry Bug Fix Collection order taking was restricted if the Customers address is blacklisted. Collection ordertaking is no longer prohibited if the customer address is blacklisted.
5.0.20 Reporting Bug Fix The Save to PDF report option did not work in all cases. There was a problem saving reports to PDF which has been resolved. Order Entry Bug Fix EDT in future time dialogue to match the confirmed EDT The value in the field “How many minutes before…” of the Future Time dialogue in Order Taking does not match the system’s Estimated Delivery Time/Collection Countdown, thereby allowing a user to commit orders with a wanted time less than the earliest available delivery / collection time has been fixed.
5.0.11 Order Entry Bug Fix When a shopper with a credit on their account places an order redeeming a partial credit, the outstanding credit value was not persisted against the shopper’s account. Unused credit is now persisted on the customer account until the value reaches £0
5.0.19 Printing Bug Fix A label with category selection reprints the deselected items When reprinting labels it was also printing labels from a category with deselected items.
This has been fixed to prevent this happening.
5.0.11 Settings Bug Fix Custom settings for Orders, Security, Remote and Ports tabs was not readable. Settings changed to make the text legible
5.0.16 Order Entry Bug Fix Caller ID value does not display on select order occasion UI. During the UI changes this function became broken and has since been fixed to display the Caller ID of the number calling the store.
5.0.15 Dispatch Bug Fix Drivers could use any password on the late delivery prompt Random password can no longer be entered for a driver.
5.0.11 Other Bug Fix SMS disclamer now saves For stores using the SMS Marketing / Labour information function – Text entered in the SMS Disclaimer field of the Messages tab in Rameses Custom Settings was not being saved and has now been fixed.
5.0.11 Order Entry Bug Fix Employees with a Job Description –
Untrained ! do not appear in the user list when clocked in and are thereby unable to login and use the POS.
Employees with a Job Description of Untrained are now displayed on the User list and can log in to the POS.
5.0.16 Dispatch Bug Fix When a Driver is clocked out, the “Drivers Working Today” list was not auto-refreshed to remove the clocked out driver. The Drivers working today now updates as expected,
5.0.11 Order Entry Bug Fix EDT displays triple digits EDT value was not being displayed if larger than 2 digits, this has been resolved to display triple digits, but we hope you never need this!
5.0.11 Reporting Bug Fix The order history calendar displayed 01/01/1970 rather than the current date. The date was not being set so the system used the standard calendar default of 1/1/1970 (no idea why this was chosen).

Now this displays the current date.

5.0.18 Order Entry Bug Fix Open the till for “Cash Only” orders did not work correctly. The option to prevent the Cash drawer from opening when there wasn’t a need for it has been fixed.

Helpdesk need to be contacted if you wish this option to be enabled.

5.0.15 Printing Bug Fix Orders which were edited twice did not re-print. Tickets now re-print regardless of how many times an order is edited.
5.0.18 Labour Management Bug Fix Timekeeping dialog showed staff as ‘OVERTIME’ prior to their scheduled shift end Staff were displayed on OVERTIME as soon as they were clocked in and this has been changed so that If a staff member is still clocked in AFTER their scheduled End Time, their status displays “OVERTIME”
5.0.26 Dispatch Bug Fix Dispatcher “Main” Mode is not relinquished on form close Once the Dispatcher form is closed, MAIN mode is relinquished and the next workstation to access the Dispatcher form is granted MAIN mode access unless a dedicated dispatch station has been set as a device.
5.0.22 Settings Bug Fix Deal “Order Min” Value no longer impacts kitchen display Minimum Order Value has been split and now ensures that values inputted do not impact on other measures.
5.0.17 Order Entry Bug Fix Reintroduce editable delivery charge in the collection order confirmation UI Some stores were using the “Delivery Charge” option in “Collection Orders” to adjust prices for 3rd party orders e.g. UberEats and therefore this option has been replaced.
5.0.22 Order Entry Bug Fix Custom Setting adjusted to remove the first CID digit when using a CTI comet devices. Some phone providers prefix the phone number with an extra digit which then affect the CID display on the POS.

This setting has been added to remove the prefixed number

5.0.21 Menu Bug Fix The new Edit Menu tool crashes under a certain circumstance. This new tool is being developed to enable the Owner to make simple menu changes yourself. More details will be following on this new functionality.
5.0.19 Printing Bug Fix The subtotal value on printed receipts wasn’t clear. The Subtotal value on a printed receipt was including any Service Changes and VAT which can lead to confusion so this has been changed so that Subtotal now includes VAT, but excludes any charges or discounts and is then totalled at the bottom in ‘Total Sales Value’.
5.0.21 Printing Bug Fix The Andromeda Printing log file records that it is a DEBUG version Along with the wrong version number being displayed, the AndromedaPrinting also indicates that it is a Debug version, which was incorrect. Although this doesn’t impact the printing it has been fixed to aid us to provide better support.
5.0.18 Labour Management Bug Fix Timekeeping Dialog – Late filter performs opposite action The option to filter the Timekeeper for Team Members who are late for their shift now only shows Late Employees instead of full list.
5.0.20 Reporting Bug Fix OPS-01 report now fits onto one page again. We have made further design changes to the OPS-01 report to ensure it fits to one page.

This also restores the date range function of the report that was previously removed.

5.0.19 Printing Bug Fix Multi-print functionality doesn’t work for the kitchen ticket Kitchen Tickets are now able to be set to print multiply times.
5.0.17 Labour Management Bug Fix Payroll UI loads an incorrect format. When opening the Payroll Screen (Manager/Payroll), it would load all employees when only employees with paid hours should have been displayed, which has now been fixed.
5.0.21 Labour Management Bug Fix Employees hours were not captured correctly if an employee was clocked in but the time keeper window had been left open for some time. The timestamp for an employee when clocking in was based on when the Time Keeping Form was Opened. This has been changed to record the current time to avoid situations when the Time Keeper has been left open.
5.0.21 Printing Bug Fix An incorrect Andromedaprinting version number was being recorded in log files. Although this has no impact on the system it does help us support you better when there is a problem.
5.0.17 Order Entry Bug Fix Service Charge % imposed in Custom Settings was displayed on all order taking UI for all occasions and not just Dine In. The option for providing a Service Charge % on the bill was being displayed in all order occasions and should only display when the occasion is Dine In and has been fixed.

This is a custom setting and can be applied by Helpdesk if required.

5.0.22 Order Entry Bug Fix Data for New Address 4 and 5 could not be saved in the “Change Address” form We have resolved an issue where you could only save 3 addresses, so for customers who fancy a takeaway in more locations can now.
5.0.21 Make Screen Bug Fix Runtime error 30009 on Make Screen (KDS) If there were items on the current view of the Make Screen (KDS), but none in the HISTORY view, when you tried to navigate to the HISTORY view, it was causing a Run-time error ‘30009’ which has now been resolved.
5.0.23 Order Entry Bug Fix Special Characters not being removed on some caller ID’s Some telephone service providers have been found to include special characters; such as Dashes, in the telephone number, when exposed to the POS via the caller ID and this would cause some discrepancies to how the customer’s information was being recorded
5.0.15 Printing Bug Fix Long product names overflow into Price on Printing “Cust_Compact_Win_80mm” stylesheet wraps text so it no longer overlaps the price.
5.0.22 Make Screen Bug Fix Missing Arial Narrow font on Make Screen (KDS) When the Make Screen (KDS) didn’t have the “Arial Narrow” font installed, the system would replace the top line to a different Arial Font. This in some cases caused issues reading the items on the screen and has been fixed.
5.0.19 Printing Bug Fix Receipt printer reprints on Skip Make and Skip Oven actions An unwanted system generated reprint was occurring when skipping stages which has now been resolved.
5.0.16 Labour Management Bug Fix Payroll UI doesn’t display paid hours for Sundays We had accidentally deleted a day from the week, but do not panic we have restored it and the Payroll UI now displays correctly.
5.0.25 Order Entry Bug Fix ‘Cancel’ on ‘Rameses account screen’ closed the ‘Change Payment Type’ dialogue When ACCOUNT is selected from the payment type selection a further dialog box is displayed. Cancelling out of this caused the payment type selection screen to close as well and this has been resolved. Reporting Bug Fix Internet orders imported via ACS lost their VAT Rate tag Totals were correct, but the problem was only that the VAT rate is not displayed which has been resolved. Order Entry Bug Fix Run-time error ‘0’ when pressing “View on Map” during blacklist The user is prompted whether they want to blacklist the highlighted road on form load. Now when selecting “No” the Address List is automatically populated.
