Our Story

Who are we?

Andromeda started in 1991 by two ex Pizza Hut managers who had a dream to make a system that made it easy to take and dispatch orders for takeaway operations.

Over the years our management team has grown, between us we have over 65 years’ experience in running restaurants and takeaway stores.

We’ve seen the industry evolve and change over the years. From online ordering, to the introduction (and massive explosion) of aggregators and new technology such as Apps and Kiosks. One thing has remained at Andromeda – our passion and determination to provide the very best in technology and service.

We understand that restaurateurs have to run their business’s effectively and that doesn’t mean hours of explanations, training and messing around. We keep it simple; we keep it concise.

Innovative

As former restaurant operators, we know how restaurants work, whether they have delivery or not – we continue to create products and services that fit the changing landscape of restaurants, take-aways and beyond.

Pace

Restaurants, takeaways and anything with food service is fast paced, it needs to be served hot, (or cold), quickly. Our approach to our product and our clients is the same, do it efficiently, with haste, right first time.
