Andromeda respects your privacy.
What personal information when using the app
We collect from the Andromeda EPOS – the driver’s name as used in the system, so that the App is linked to the driver’s name.
In addition, to enable the driver map feature to work, we collect your GPS location on a frequent basis. You will see a consent screen for this in the app. If you do Not give consent, the driver tracking feature will not work.
How do we use your information?
The GPS information is used to enable the driver position to be shown on the driver tracking map used by the restaurant

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
Accessing, amending or deleting your information.
You have the right to request a copy of all the personal information we have collected from you. Should you wish to exercise this right please contact us at info@androtech.com. We will supply you with a copy of your information as soon as possible but always within 28 days of your request.

In the event that you would like to have your information removed from our systems, or request that we continue to hold your information on file but do not process it, please contact us on info@androtech.com. We will action your request as soon as possible but always within 28 days of your request. We will confirm that your request has been completed.
If, in any instance, we are not able to facilitate your request due to a legal obligation placed on ourselves by law enforcement, we will notify you in writing.
Breach of data security.
In the event that we experience a breach of data security that affects your personal information, we will notify you of said breach, within 14 days of the discovery of the breach. We will also notify you about the extent of the breach and what measures have been taken to further protect your information in future.
