Marketing Top Tips

Social media can be daunting, but it really doesn’t need to be. We have put together some helpful tips below, as always, if you need extra help don’t hesitate to get in touch:

The purpose of social media is to engage with your customers and get them interested and excited in your brand and food.
A post doesn’t need to be complicated, your customers want to see the personality behind your store, spelling and grammar is important.
People love to see photos of your actual food and the team that serves them.
We recommend you post on your social media 2-3 times a week as a minimum. Make the posts interesting and relevant to your target audience, your customers. i.e. “Todays Special Offer” or “Look at our new product” or “Celebrate with us”
We recommend displaying posters 3-4 weeks before an event, to allow your customers to plan ahead. You can use a local printer or one online, the one we use is Poster Pigeon click for details.
Your social media, should be buzzing 3-4 times a week with upcoming information and events.
