Can I use my own card processor?

Andromeda partners with Dojo for all in-store transactions and Stripe for online transactions. Our transaction rates are transparent and have no hidden fees so you always know what’s coming at the end of each month

Do you offer finance?

We have partnered with Iwoka to give our customers flexible payment options for their set-up and hardware fees including upfront, 3-month & 12-month solutions.

Are there additional fees?

There may be additional costs for implementation and hardware. These costs can vary depending on your specific needs. A transaction fee also applied to all online orders.

Is support limited to Monday-Friday 9am-5pm?

Absolutely not! Unlike many other customer service teams, the Andromeda team is open from 10am-Midnight Monday - Sunday, 365 days per year. Because, like our clients, we know every order counts.
