We have a great following in the local area, particularly amongst students, but most of their orders came via the phone or Just Eat, which, to be honest, was causing operational chaos and making it hard to manage the kitchen.

We had our own website with an ok level of orders, but it was dated, hard for the customers to use and with no product images. Our online orders were split 80% from Just Eat and 20% from our own website.
We also have a very busy restaurant, lots of walk-ins and dine in customers. With quite a complex kitchen operational flow, it often led to issues knowing when orders should be ready and in what order.
Andromeda worked closely with me to create a new website with tasty product images, and with easy payment options. They design a kitchen flow, so that Pizza and Chicken items would display on the relevant screens and using our Virtual Tab Rail for packing, plus added a customer status screen which really helped keeping customers updated.

We integrated the Just Eat orders, so everything came to one screen in store and provide marketing support to help us widen uor reach within the community with posters and flyers, email and SMS campaigns plus they gave guidance on social media which was a real benefit to me. With the help of produce marketing materials, I was able to convert the bulk of our orders away from Just Eat into orders on our own website.

By having all the orders come in one place, we are now able to use the Deliver Plus driver tracking app, to help manage the drivers.

If I had to choose again, I would definitely go with Andromeda. A great organisation for developing and improving your EPOS system and the team is so supportive, plus my sales have almost tripled since moving to their platform - it’s a no brainer for me.
