Is the order-ahead app actually our brand or does it say Andromeda?

Your brand. Your logo, colours, name, App Store listing. By default we publish on our Apple and Google developer accounts (simpler for you) and handle all the updates — or on your own accounts if you'd prefer.

We already use a loyalty card — can we migrate 客户?

Yes. We'll import customer data and existing stamp balances. Existing cards can be swapped for app-based stamps on first visit.

Can the order-ahead prompt upsell a pastry or second drink?

Yes. Smart upsell prompts at checkout — "Add a pastry for £2.50?" — configured per product or category. Typical lift is 15-25% on AOV for morning order-ahead.

How does pickup work — do 客户 queue at a pickup point?

Yes. 订单 print to the bar with a customer name and estimated ready time. 客户 see "ready" in the app, walk up, take their drink from the pickup shelf. No second queue.

Does it handle 堂食 too? Laptop-and-coffee 客户 want to pay at the table.
