Deliver Plus privacy policy

Overview

Deliver Plus is the 骑手 tracking service that pairs with the Andromeda POS to give the 餐厅 a live map of 骑手 on the road and to provide the customer with an arriving-soon estimate. This policy sets out what information Deliver Plus collects, how it is used and how it is protected. It should be read alongside our main privacy policy.

Who controls your data

The 餐厅 you drive for is the data controller. Andromeda UK Services Ltd operates Deliver Plus as the data processor on the 餐厅's behalf.

What we collect

您的姓名 and 骑手 login as set up by the 餐厅
Device identifier and, optionally, phone number used to re-authenticate the app
GPS location while you are clocked in for a 外送 run
外送 event timestamps (pickup, out-the-door, arrived, complete)
Order reference and drop-off postcode or 外送 zone for each assigned job
Anonymised diagnostic and crash data

How your data is used

To show the 餐厅 where its 骑手 are on a live operator map
To power the arriving-soon estimate shown to the customer
To record service-time metrics for the 餐厅's reporting
To diagnose app faults and improve reliability

When location is captured

Location is captured only while Deliver Plus is clocked in. Clocking off stops tracking. Location history is retained only for as long as it is operationally useful and is deleted on a rolling basis thereafter.

How your data is protected

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to 骑手 location data inside our systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Please speak to the 餐厅 you drive for in the first instance, or contact us at info@andromedapos.com. We will respond within 28 days.
