Uber Eats integration

Accept in seconds. Cook on time. Rank higher.

A native Uber Eats connector that drops orders straight onto your kitchen printer, keeps your menu in sync, and — if you want — uses Uber's drivers for your own website orders too.

Uber Eats is a superb discovery engine. Hungry people, nearby, ready to order. Our job is to make sure every one of those orders lands in your kitchen the moment it's placed — no tablet tap dance, no copy-and-paste, no missed tickets.

Every metric Uber ranks you on — served live, in one place.

Uber rewards fast kitchens. We make you fast.

Uber Eats ranks you on acceptance rate, prep time and cancellations. Every second a ticket waits on a tablet is a second your ranking slides. Our connector auto-accepts into your POS the moment the order drops — and your kitchen can start cooking before the courier is even dispatched.

Menu, prices, stock, trading hours — all pushed from one place. Change it at the POS, it's live on Uber within seconds. No more price mismatches. No more 86'd items selling out on Uber.

More Uber orders. Less of the admin.

Instant auto-accept

Orders land on the kitchen printer within seconds. No staff tap, no missed tickets at peak, no Uber strike against your ranking.

One menu, one source of truth

Price changes, new items, photos, allergens — edit once, live everywhere. No more "Uber still has the old price".

Real-time stock & 86ing

Run out of halloumi? Tap once at the till and it's off Uber in the same breath. No refunds, no apologies, no bad reviews.

Rank-friendly prep times

Prep times pulled from your actual KDS data — not guesswork — so Uber sees you as a reliable restaurant and pushes you up the feed.

Uber Direct for your own orders

Use Uber's courier fleet to deliver orders from your own website. You keep the full customer relationship — Uber just drives.

Store pause from the POS

Crazy busy? One tap on the till pauses Uber Eats and reopens the moment you're back in rhythm. No app-switching.

"We went from tapping accept on a tablet to Uber orders just printing. Our prep time dropped by three minutes and we jumped four places in the local feed within a month."

Uber orders are great. Your own orders are gold.

Every Uber Eats order is welcome income — and every direct order from your own website or app keeps a bigger slice of the bill in your pocket. We love both channels. We just make sure the mix tilts in your favour over time, with loyalty, repeat-customer offers and Uber Direct delivering for your own website.

Uber Eats questions, answered.

How long does it take to go live with the Uber Eats integration?

Once your Uber Eats store is set up, we typically connect it to your Andromeda menu in a single working day. Menu push and test orders the same afternoon.

Will the Uber price show differently from my in-store price?

It can — that's your call. Per-channel price uplifts are fully supported, so you can cover the marketplace fees on Uber while keeping in-store and website prices as they are. Customers always see one price in each channel.

Can staff still see the Uber order before it prints?

Yes. Uber orders appear in your live order monitor, flight deck (KDS) and order management screen — so your team has full visibility. Auto-accept is about the kitchen starting faster, not about hiding the order.

What if our Uber order volume is very high?

No problem — we throttle capacity based on your real kitchen throughput. If you're hammered, we can auto-extend the ETA Uber shows customers, rather than accepting orders you can't cook on time.

How does Uber Direct work for my own website orders?

Your customer orders on your Andromeda website or app. When the kitchen bumps the order, we book an Uber courier via Uber Direct. You pay a delivery fee, not a marketplace commission, and the customer stays yours.

Can we pause Uber Eats without using the Uber Restaurant Manager app?

Yes. Pause and reopen Uber Eats directly from the POS or portal in two taps. Great for unexpected busy spells or short staffing.
