This policy covers the Andromeda-powered consumer ordering apps — the branded mobile apps that diners use to browse a restaurant's menu, place orders and receive order updates. It is a shorter companion to our main privacy policy, which governs all personal information we process.
We do not store payment-card details in the app. Card payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment partners.
Marketing messages from a restaurant are opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time from within the app's account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Your account is protected by your password and, where offered, by two-factor authentication or biometric sign-in. Personal information we hold is kept behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of authorised personnel.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion. To make a request, email info@andromedapos.com. We will respond within 28 days.
