A branded ordering website and app that plugs into your POS, kitchen and drivers. Low flat monthly fee. No per-order commission chipping away at your margin.
Aggregators pay for themselves — your margin pays for them. A direct ordering channel flips the maths. Every order you take through your own site is an order an aggregator doesn't take a slice of.
An order through your own site — not a third-party marketplace.
A £20 Uber Eats order leaves roughly £14 in your till after commission, fees and card charges. The same £20 order on your own Andromeda website leaves more than £19. Scale that across a year and it becomes the single biggest lever on your profit.
Branded, fast, searchable on Google, linked to your loyalty — a direct ordering system is how independents and chains quietly rebuild margin without putting prices up.
Your logo, your colours, your photos, your domain. SEO-ready. Fast on mobile. Not a generic marketplace page.
Your restaurant's app in both stores. Push notifications. One-tap reorder. Bigger basket sizes than web.
Meal deals, stamp cards, tiered rewards, birthday treats, referrals — all built in, all automatic at checkout.
Set per-channel uplifts so Uber users cover Uber's commission. Your direct customers always see the best price.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, saved payment methods. One-click reorder for returning customers. PCI sorted.
Name, contact, postcode, order history — all yours, GDPR-safe. Market to them. Bring them back. Measurable.

"We moved about 40% of our repeat customers off the aggregators and onto our own site within six months. That's tens of thousands of pounds a year back in the till."
Most single-site restaurants are live within 5–10 working days of signing. Menu import, branded website, Stripe setup and POS connection all happen in parallel. Multi-site rollouts follow a staged schedule — your Customer Success manager runs the plan.
It's recommended but not required. Many customers use something like order.yourshop.co.uk or a new ordering domain. If you already have a website, we can point the ordering subdomain at Andromeda and leave your marketing site alone.
Orders drop straight into your Andromeda POS the moment they're paid. Kitchen tickets print, drivers get dispatched, inventory decrements — with no staff intervention. If you're on a legacy POS, our integration layer bridges the gap during migration.
We integrate with every major aggregator, so those orders land in the same ticket flow as your direct orders. The usual plan is to keep the aggregators running for discovery and slowly shift your repeat customers onto your own site for margin. You're in control of the balance.
Yes — meal deals, stamp cards, tiered loyalty, referrals, birthday treats and time-limited vouchers are all built in. Set them once in the portal, they apply automatically at checkout across web, app and in-shop.
Allergen information is required by Natasha's Law and is built into the menu editor. VAT is handled per-item with hot/cold and eat-in/takeaway logic. Card processing is PCI-handled via Stripe. GDPR consent is collected at signup. You focus on food, we handle the compliance plumbing.
