Websites are for discovery. Apps are for your regulars. In one recent Andromeda customer analysis, customers who used both the web and the app spent 3.6× more than web-only customers (£246 lifetime value vs £68) and ordered nearly four times more often. Even app-only customers outperformed web-only by 41%. Ordering is faster, loyalty sits in their pocket, and one tap on a home screen beats any marketing spend.

Real restaurants. Real downloads. Real loyalty.

Every brand gets both stores, same codebase

Everything your regulars need. Nothing extra to buy.

iOS + Android, your brand

Published under your restaurant name and branding on both stores. By default we handle it on our Apple and Google developer accounts so you don't have to set anything up. Already have your own? We're happy to publish on yours instead.

One menu across every channel

App, website, kiosk and POS all share one menu. Change a price or mark an item out of stock once — it updates everywhere in seconds.

Loyalty built in

Points, tiers and rewards live inside the app. Customers see their balance, unlock rewards and redeem in one tap — in-store or delivery.

Push notifications that convert

Send a lunchtime reminder, a weekend offer or a win-back push — straight from the Portal.

One-tap re-order & saved cards

Apple Pay, Google Pay and saved cards are supported out of the box. Returning customers can re-order their last meal in under 15 seconds.

Multi-site support included

Run one or fifty locations from a single app. Customers pick a store or we auto-detect by postcode — perfect for chains and franchisees.

Your own app vs. the alternatives.

Monthly cost Low flat fee, bundled 25–35% commission per order ~ Often high + per-order fees
Push notifications you control Send from Portal They own the messaging ~ Basic, often paywalled
Time to launch ~5 days after site launch Immediate listing, no app Weeks to months, varies
Forty percent of our orders now come through our own app. Forty percent we're not paying 30% commission on. The app paid for itself in the first month, and we still own the customer after every order.

Branded apps — the honest answers.

Will the app really be in our own name on the App Store?

Yes. By default your app is published on our Apple and Google developer accounts under your name, icon and branding — customers find it by searching your restaurant, not ours. If you already have your own Apple or Google developer accounts, or want to set them up, we're happy to publish on yours instead. Either way, the app is yours.

How long does it take to get an app live?

Your app is normally live on the App Store and Google Play within about 5 days of your new website going live. We've done this dozens of times and know exactly what passes Apple and Google review first time — no long artwork cycles, no back-and-forth with the stores.

Do we really need both a website and an app?

Yes — they do different jobs. Websites are for discovery: Google, social, aggregator click-outs, first-time customers checking you out. Apps are for your regulars: one-tap re-order, saved cards, loyalty, push. The numbers back it up. Across one recent Andromeda customer analysis (3,279 customers, 14,076 orders over ~18 months), customers who used both the website and the app spent 3.6× more than web-only customers (£246 lifetime value vs £68) and ordered 12.7 times on average vs 3.4. Even app-only customers outperformed web-only by 41%. You want both, and they share one menu.

Does the app share the same menu as our POS and website?

Yes. Andromeda keeps one menu — it shows up on your website, your branded app, your kiosk and your POS. Change a price once, it updates everywhere in seconds. No separate aggregator menu to keep in sync.

Do customers earn loyalty in the app?

Yes. Your loyalty scheme (points, tiers, referrals) is built into the app — balance, rewards and redemption all in one place. Same scheme whether they order on web, app or at the counter.

What about push notifications?

Included. Send a "we miss you" push, a limited-time offer, or a lunchtime reminder — all from the Andromeda Portal with scheduled send times.

What does a branded app cost?

A low flat monthly fee, included in the Andromeda bundle alongside your website, POS and kiosk. If we publish on our developer accounts (the default), there are no Apple or Google fees to pay. If you want the app on your own developer accounts, you cover the Apple (around £79/year) and Google (around £20 one-off) fees direct to them.

What sits behind the app.
