For your POS and your own-brand ordering site, Andromeda charges a small, transparent platform fee per order and standard card processing on one monthly invoice. Simple, flat, predictable — and the orders you win on your own site stay yours.
Do I have to leave the Foodhub marketplace?
No — and we wouldn't recommend it. Foodhub's marketplace is a great extra-orders channel and we integrate with it natively, so marketplace orders land straight on the kitchen printer alongside your direct orders, aggregator orders, phone orders and counter orders. The change you're making with Andromeda is to your POS and your own-brand ordering site — not to your marketplace presence.
Does my own website URL become properly branded?
Yes. You order on your own domain (for example orders.yourshop.co.uk) with your branding end to end — your colours, your logo, your photography, your tone. It's a proper branded site for your business, not a templated white-label with your logo dropped on.
