Do I need to buy any hardware?

The focus of Essentials is the direct channel — website, app, loyalty, marketing and delivery management — so we handle the counter-side kit in the background rather than make you shop for it.

Will the app actually look like mine, or a template?

Actually yours. Your logo, your colours, your product photography, your cuisine-tuned design. It lives on its own listing in the App Store and Google Play under your name, not a generic "Andromeda" app. Customers search your shop and find you — not a marketplace.

How does Uber Direct plus my own drivers work together?

Andromeda Go tracks your own drivers live — who's out, who's back, every drop. When you need more capacity — a driver's off sick, it's Friday night, or the drop is too far — you book an Uber Direct or Stuart courier on demand from the same screen. It's a manual call, not auto-dispatch: you stay in control of when to spend the courier fee. If you don't run your own drivers at all, every online order can auto-dispatch straight to a 3rd-party courier — fully hands-off.
