Method. Commission saved = aggregator orders × shift % × AOV × commission %. App customers = total customers × adoption %. Extra orders = app customers × extra-orders-per-month. Extra sales = extra orders × AOV. Extra profit = extra sales − (extra sales × food cost %). Manager value = hours saved × hourly rate. Total benefit = commission saved + extra profit + KDS value + manager value. Net = benefit − subscription. Month 1 additionally deducts setup.
