Questions we get a lot

Moving to an all-in-one is a big call. Ask.

What happens to my existing POS?

It gets replaced. We install the Andromeda terminal alongside your current system first, train your team, run parallel for a few days, then switch over on a date you pick. No lost trading, no "big-bang" weekend. Your existing card terminal can usually be kept and re-paired, which saves you a new merchant contract.

Can Pro handle dine-in as well as takeaway and delivery?

Yes. Table plans, table-side ordering, tab management, split bills, service charge, and dine-in-specific kitchen routing are all included. If you run a mixed operation — counter collection + phone + delivery + tables — Pro is built for exactly that.

Do my online customers and my counter customers share a profile?

Yes — that's the whole point. When a customer orders on the website, pays at the counter, picks up from the app or gets delivered via Uber Eats (with their phone number captured), they are the same record in Andromeda. One loyalty wallet, one order history, one profile. That's what lets Pro do retention the way no bolted-together stack can.

What about end-of-night and cashing up?

One button, one cash-up, one daily total — across counter, online, aggregators, and delivery. The system reconciles every channel automatically. Most operators on Pro close the day in under five minutes.

How does Uber Direct plus my own drivers work together?

Same as Essentials and Growth. Andromeda Go tracks your own drivers live. When you need more capacity — sick driver, Friday peak, long drop — you book an Uber Direct or Stuart courier on demand from the same screen. If you don't run your own drivers at all, every online order can auto-dispatch to a 3rd-party courier.

What if one site wants Pro and another site wants Growth?

Absolutely fine. Plans are per site, not per business. A lot of multi-site operators run Pro at their flagship (where the counter matters) and Growth at dark kitchens (where it doesn't). Mission Control shows the whole estate either way.
